We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, building relationships with potential customers, and supporting business growth.

Requirements:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in telecalling and sales conversations.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM/data entry skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Prior experience in sales, telecalling, or business development is preferred but not mandatory.
