About the Role

CSG Advisory is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development to support our business growth and client acquisition initiatives. The ideal candidate should have fluent English, along with a good understanding of accounting and taxation.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable corporate, accounting, and tax-related solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, business discussions, and follow-ups professionally.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.
- Stay updated on basic accounting, taxation, and business compliance concepts.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and business communication as required.

Requirements





- 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Accounting Services, Taxation, Consulting, or a related field.
- Fluent English communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Good knowledge of accounting and taxation concepts.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Good presentation and follow-up abilities.
- Self-motivated, professional, and target-oriented.
- Ability to understand business requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

Preferred Candidate

A candidate with a combination of business development skills, accounting/tax knowledge, and strong English communication will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
