Roles & Responsibilities – Event Execution Executive
- Execute events, BTL activations, exhibitions and promotional activities on-ground.
- Engage with visitors, explain services and generate quality leads.
- Drive on-spot appointment bookings and conversions wherever possible.
- Coordinate and guide promoters/event staff during events.
- Coordinate with event organizers for stall setup, branding and visibility.
- Ensure accurate lead capture and timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate with calling and clinic teams for lead conversion.
- Track leads, appointments and event outcomes and share basic reports.
- Handle on-ground challenges and ensure smooth event execution.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
