Job Description:

Responsibilities

- Create design concepts, layouts, 2D drawings, and 3D visualizations
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and site teams
- Conduct site visits and ensure design execution as per approved drawings
- Manage and work independently on assigned projects
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure smooth project execution
- Assist in material selection, finishes, detailing, and project documentation

Requirements

- 1–3 years of professional experience in interior design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
- Knowledge of SketchUp, 3Ds Max, Lumion, or Enscape preferred
- Robust understanding of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, hardware, and construction detailing
- Ability to independently handle assigned projects
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

2D Drawing Skills – Must Know

Candidates should have advanced-level knowledge of preparing:





- Furniture Layout
- Electrical Layout
- Ceiling Layout
- Floor Layout
- Elevation Drawings
- Plumbing Layout
- Detailed Working / Construction Drawings

3D Skills – Must Know

- Advanced working knowledge of 3D modelling in SketchUp or similar software
- Ability to create realistic renders using Enscape or similar rendering software
- Understanding of materials, textures, lighting, and camera settings for visualization

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bhubaneswar, Odisha (Bhubaneswar): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

- Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

- Interior design: 1 year (Preferred)
