About the Role

We are looking for a confident anchor or a content creator who is also a strong script writer to join our content team.

This role is ideal for someone who can research a topic deeply, develop original content ideas, write engaging scripts, and confidently present them on camera. You should understand what makes content interesting, relatable, informative, and shareable—not just write scripts based on information available online.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and develop original, audience-focused content ideas for YouTube, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Write high-quality scripts for long-form YouTube videos, reels, explainers, and short-form content.
- Conduct deep research using credible sources and turn complex information into simple, engaging storytelling.
- Develop solid hooks, storytelling structures, transitions, CTAs, and retention-focused scripts.
- Present and anchor videos confidently on camera.
- Adapt your tone and presentation style according to the topic and target audience.
- Work closely with the research, creative, video, and social media teams.
- Stay updated with current affairs, viral topics, social media trends, and emerging content formats.
- Understand why certain topics, hooks, thumbnails, titles, and storytelling formats perform better than others.
- Contribute to YouTube strategy, including topic selection, video structure, titles, thumbnails, and audience retention.
- Review content performance and use insights to improve future scripts and videos.
- Rewrite and refine scripts based on editorial feedback.

- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Strong command of English and Hinglish.
- Excellent research and fact-checking abilities.




- Strong storytelling and creative-thinking skills.
- Comfortable speaking naturally and confidently in front of a camera.
- Ability to make content feel conversational, original, and human, rather than robotic or AI-generated.
- Understanding of YouTube and Instagram content formats.
- Strong understanding of hooks, audience psychology, retention, and storytelling.
- Ability to think beyond the obvious and bring fresh angles and perspectives to common topics.
- Willingness to take ownership of a video from idea → research → script → presentation → performance analysis.

Preferred Experience

Experience in any of the following will be an advantage:

- YouTube content creation
- News / educational / explainer content
- Script writing
- Anchoring or video presentation
- Social media content creation
- YouTube strategy and analytics

Important

We are not looking for someone who simply rewrites information from Google or AI tools.

We want someone who can think independently, research deeply, find interesting angles, build a narrative, and create content that people genuinely want to watch.
