- Robust communication skills and a degree in Mathematics
- Teach Mathematics to junior college students in a clear and engaging manner
- Must have 10+ years of teaching experience in Mathematics at the relevant level
- Prepare lesson plans, study material, and assignments for students
- Conduct regular tests, evaluate answer sheets, and track student performance
- Guide and mentor junior faculty members in the department
- Attend faculty meetings and coordinate with academic coordinators/HODs
- Stay updated with the latest teaching methods and curriculum changes
