About the Role

Mindrops is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Digital Content Creator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about social media, reels, video creation, and digital marketing, with a strong understanding of current trends and the ability to create engaging content that strengthens our online presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging Reels, short-form videos, posts, and stories for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.
- Shoot and edit high-quality videos.
- Plan and execute monthly social media content calendars.
- Develop creative concepts, captions, hooks, hashtags, and CTAs.
- Stay updated with trending content formats, sounds, and social media trends.
- Manage and regularly update social media pages.
- Monitor content performance and suggest ideas to improve reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to maintain consistent brand communication.
- Explore AI tools to improve content ideation, creation, and social media strategy.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 1+ year of experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing is preferred.




- Strong understanding of Instagram and other social media platforms.
- Proficiency in video shooting and editing using tools such as CapCut, VN Editor, Canva, or Adobe Express.
- Creative mindset with strong storytelling and communication skills.
- Good understanding of current social media trends and viral content.
- Ability to independently conceptualize, shoot, edit, and publish content.
- Portfolio of previous work, Reels, or social media content is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva AI, and AI video editors like HeyGen, Higgsfield, etc. is preferred.

CTC: Market-competitive salary based on skills and knowledge
