We are looking for a motivated Assistant Business Manager (ABM) to support customer acquisition, lead generation, product promotion, business target achievement, customer follow-ups, and branch operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer acquisition and lead generation
- Promote company products and services
- Achieve monthly business targets
- Maintain customer relationships and follow-ups
- Support branch business development activities
- Assist the Branch Manager in daily operations
- Conduct field visits and marketing activities
- Maintain required reports and documentation
Requirements
- Any Degree required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Target-oriented and proactive approach
- Willingness to work in the field
- Basic knowledge of financial products is an advantage
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
