TallyPrime and GST Accounting Trainer/SME

We are seeking an experienced accounting trainer and subject matter expert to deliver a vocational video course covering TallyPrime, GST accounting and related compliance workflows.

Responsibilities

- Review and validate the supplied course content and video scripts.
- Suggest necessary technical and practical corrections.
- Present the course confidently on camera.
- Record practical software demonstrations in TallyPrime.
- Explain accounting and compliance workflows in straightforward, learner-friendly language.
- Participate in rehearsals, content discussions and video-recording sessions.
- Re-record sections when corrections or production improvements are required.
- Ensure demonstrations reflect current accounting, GST and TDS practices.

Required Experience

- Strong practical knowledge of TallyPrime, GST and business accounting.
- Experience with invoicing, vouchers, ledgers and day-book entries.
- Familiarity with GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B preparation workflows.
- Understanding of TDS, payroll and bank reconciliation.
- Experience maintaining accounting records for MSMEs, traders or service businesses.
- Clear verbal communication and presentation skills.




- Confidence delivering structured lessons and software demonstrations on camera.
- Ability to teach beginners using practical business examples.

Preferred Qualifications

- CA, CMA, CS, M.Com, MBA Finance or an equivalent qualification.
- Tally certification or substantial professional TallyPrime experience.
- Experience as an accountant, GST practitioner, tax consultant or accounting trainer.
- Previous teaching, webinar or educational-video experience.
- Ability to demonstrate workflows using fictional company and transaction data.

Engagement Details

- Type: Project-based
- Duration: Approximately 4–6 weeks
- Work involved: Content validation, rehearsals, TallyPrime demonstrations and video recording
- Recording: Availability for scheduled recording sessions is mandatory
- Compensation: Based on experience and final scope
- Work location: In person

Applicants should share a short introduction, relevant TallyPrime and GST experience, qualifications and, if available, a teaching or presentation sample.

Pay: ₹500.00 - ₹600.00 per hour
