Healthcare Operations Manager (GCC Operations)

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Operations Manager to support and streamline UK healthcare and care-home operations through our Global Capability Centre (GCC) in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities

- Healthcare operations and administration
- Process design, SOP creation and continuous improvement
- Stakeholder management with UK teams
- Reporting, compliance and documentation management

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Hospital Management, Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, Business Administration, Commerce or related field. MBA/MHA preferred.

Experience Required
5+ years in healthcare operations, hospital administration, healthcare BPO/KPO, shared services, medical administration or process management.




Preferred Background
Hospital Administration, Healthcare Operations, Care Home Operations, Clinical Administration, Healthcare Recruitment Operations.

Key Skills
Healthcare Operations, Process Improvement, Recruitment Coordination, Payroll Coordination, SOP Development, Microsoft 365, Reporting & Analytics.

What We Are Looking For
Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work with UK stakeholders in a GCC environment.
