Key Responsibilities:

- Draft detailed 2D floor plans, elevations, furniture layouts, and reflected ceiling plans.
- Create technical electrical plans (lighting, outlets, switches) and plumbing/sanitary layouts.
- Prepare FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, equipment) schedules and material specifications.
- Conduct site measurements and update drawings per contractor/site feedback.
- Develop explicit presentation boards and rendered 2D layouts for clients.

Qualifications:

- 2+ years of interior design drafting and space planning experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (2D), or SketchUp (LayOut), and Photoshop.
- Solid knowledge of interior construction, MEP layout standards, and building code.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
