Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Associate to join our dynamic Project Finance team. The Senior Associate will play a critical role in the origination, structuring, execution, and closing of complex project finance transactions across various sectors, including infrastructure, energy, and natural resources. This position requires solid analytical capabilities, exceptional financial modeling skills, and the ability to manage multiple aspects of a transaction independently while also mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models for project finance transactions, including cash flow projections, debt sizing, and valuation analysis.
- Conduct comprehensive due diligence, including commercial, financial, legal, technical, and environmental aspects of potential projects.
- Prepare detailed credit memoranda, investment committee presentations, and other internal and external transaction-related documents.




- Assist in the structuring and negotiation of project finance debt and equity agreements, working closely with legal counsel and other advisors.
- Manage transaction timelines and coordinate efforts among various internal and external stakeholders, including clients, lenders, investors, and advisors.
- Perform in-depth market research and industry analysis to identify new opportunities and assess project feasibility and risks.
- Support senior team members in client relationship management and business development activities, including preparing pitch books and proposals.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and associates, reviewing their work and contributing to their professional development.
- Monitor existing project finance portfolios, including covenant compliance, performance analysis, and reporting.
- Evaluate various financing structures, including non-recourse, limited recourse, and public-private partnerships (PPPs).
