Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking US Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, qualifying, and coordinating candidates for U.S.-based requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand and analyze job descriptions and client requirements.
- Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, and other sourcing tools.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and qualification.
- Communicate with candidates regarding job opportunities, requirements, location, compensation, and availability.
- Validate candidate skills, experience, work authorization, and other relevant information.
- Prepare and submit qualified candidates to recruiters/clients as per internal processes.
- Maintain an active candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Work closely with the Operations and Business Development teams.
- Meet daily/weekly sourcing and submission targets.
- Ensure quality and accuracy of candidate submissions.

Candidate Requirements

- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.




- Good understanding of basic IT concepts is preferred.
- Comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone.
- Good research and sourcing skills.
- Solid follow-up and organizational abilities.
- Willingness to learn U.S. staffing and recruitment processes.
- Comfortable working in a US shift.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Preferred Skills

- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and job portals
- Good Internet research skills
- Basic understanding of technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, Cloud, DevOps, Data, QA, etc. (Good to have)
- Good MS Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
