About the Role (Preference MBA)

We are building Shri Kedarnath Mandir Delhi in Burari—a sacred temple inspired by the original Kedarnath shrine. We have an existing online‑marketing team and now need a permanent, full‑time Marketing & Communications / PR Manager who excels in public relations, storytelling, and relationship‑building, to help raise funds, grow devotee support, and invite people to become trustees.

What You’ll Do

- Lead PR, media, and public communication for the temple project, including press, events, and public interactions. [

- Design fundraising and donor engagement plans to attract devotees, HNIs, and institutions.

- Recruit and engage trustees and community volunteers to support the vision long‑term.





- Coordinate with the online marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across digital platforms.

What We Expect

- Robust communication and public‑speaking skills (Hindi + English).

- Background in marketing, PR, or donor‑focused communication (NGO / religious / community projects preferred).

- Ability to turn a big Spiritual vision into simple, persuasive messages for all kinds of people.

Compensation

₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience, skills, and responsibilities).
