Job Title: App Support and App Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive App Support and App Sales Executive to assist the

sales team in managing app-related leads, supporting app users, preparing proposals,

maintaining CRM records, coordinating client communications, and ensuring smooth

execution of the app sales and support process.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the sales team with app lead management and follow-ups.

- Handle inquiries related to the factoHR mobile app and guide prospects through app

features and benefits.

- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and sales documents for app sales

opportunities.

- Maintain accurate CRM records and customer information.

- Coordinate app demos, meetings, and customer communications.

- Track app sales opportunities and pipeline updates.

- Work with marketing to ensure timely lead assignment and tracking.

- Coordinate with internal teams for app onboarding,



issue resolution, and

documentation.

- Provide first-level support for app-related queries from prospects and customers.

- Generate sales reports and performance dashboards.

- Maintain customer records and contract documentation.

- Ensure timely responses to customer inquiries and internal requests.

Required Skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.

- Robust organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- Basic understanding of mobile app support, app sales, or SaaS product

demonstrations.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

- 0–3 years of experience in sales coordination, app support, or sales support.

- Experience in SaaS, HR technology, mobile app support, or B2B sales support is

preferred.
