About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer who can transform our staycation properties into beautiful, functional, and guest-friendly spaces. You will be responsible for developing design concepts, sourcing décor and materials, and ensuring the Ekostay aesthetic is consistently reflected across our properties.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage furnishing, décor, and styling requirements for new and existing properties.
- Create engaging mood boards, design concepts, and visual references for new property launches.
- Design spaces that are aesthetically appealing, functional, durable, low-maintenance, and cost-efficient.
- Source and recommend suitable materials, furniture, finishes, décor pieces, and other design elements.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors for smooth execution and timely delivery.
- Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and ensure work is executed as per the approved concept.
- Ensure quality, budget, and timelines are maintained across projects.
- Maintain a consistent Ekostay design language and visual identity across all properties.
- Explore new trends, products, materials, and smart,



cost-effective design solutions.
- Work closely with the Operations and Property teams to understand property requirements and ensure designs are practical for day-to-day operations.
- Take ownership of design-related requirements and support other projects as directed by management.

What We’re Looking For

- Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Prior experience in hospitality, residential, luxury stays, or interior design will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of space planning, furniture, materials, finishes, and décor.
- Good vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Strong sense of aesthetics with an eye for detail.
- Ability to work within budgets and timelines.
- Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Canva, or similar software will be an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
