- Handle end-to-end recruitment.
- Source and identify suitable candidates based on job requirements...
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and management.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
- Complete the employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Maintain candidate and employee recruitment records.
- Coordinate background verification and required documentation.
- Support employee induction and joining process.
- Maintain daily recruitment status and prepare recruitment reports.
- Coordinate with Store Managers and Department Heads for manpower requirements.
- Support employee engagement, attendance and basic HR activities when required.
- Ensure timely closure of manpower vacancies.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
