Procurement Executive

Job Purpose

Responsible for managing day-to-day procurement activities, vendor coordination, quotation analysis, negotiation, purchase order processing, and ensuring timely material delivery at competitive prices.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle MRFs/Purchase Requisitions related to electrical/MEP and coordinate with user departments.
- Float enquiries, collect quotations and prepare Techno-Comparative Statements.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, freight and delivery schedules.
- Develop and maintain reliable vendor.
- Process Purchase Orders and ensure timely material delivery.
- Coordinate with vendors, Stores, Sites and internal departments.
- Monitor pending orders and resolve procurement-related issues.
- Maintain procurement MIS, records, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement procedures and approval matrix.

Qualification

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.




- Knowledge of Electrical items including LT/HT and control cables, MCCB, MCB, ACB, RCCB and switchgear, motors and starters, VFDs and soft starters, electrical panels, transformers, DG-related electrical items, lighting fixtures, fans and ventilation equipment, earthing materials, cable trays and accessories, electrical consumables, industrial electrical spares, sensors, relays, contactors, automation components, and pumps with allied electrical equipment wherever applicable.
- Identify opportunities for rate contracts / annual contracts for repetitive electrical items.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
