We’ve made merch for Anuv Jain, Zakir Khan, Armaan Malik and Shreya Ghoshal. We do product supply and design for Skechers, Puma, District and SuperKicks. Design, production, e-commerce, delivery — we run the whole chain.

The role in one line

You keep production moving — vendors, costing and purchase orders from enquiry to delivery.

What you’ll actually do

- Source vendors for fabrics, trims, packaging and manufacturing.
- Negotiate prices and keep vendor quotations current.
- Raise purchase orders and track every order to its delivery date.
- Coordinate sampling between vendors and internal teams.
- Maintain the vendor database — rates, lead times, capacity, who delivers.
- Manage the procurement intern and the weekly tracker.

What we’re looking for

- 1–3 years in procurement or supply chain.
- You've talked a vendor down from a first quote that was too high — and kept them wanting to work with you.
- You chase. Vendors go quiet and you don't.
- Solid Google Sheets or Excel — you build a costing sheet without being taught.
- You resolve a supply problem before it delays production.

Bonus: Textile or merchandising experience · Inventory-management exposure · An existing vendor network

Hours - Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Salary - ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month, based on fit & Experience
