Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the Sales Executives across Retail, Wholesale & HoReCa.
- Set targets, monitor performance and drive sales growth.
- Acquire new Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, Cloud Kitchens & Wholesale accounts.
- Manage key customers and maintain strong business relationships.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Store and Accounts for stock, credit & collections.
- Recruit, train and develop the sales team.
- Prepare regular sales and performance reports.

Qualification & Experience

- Any Graduate; MBA/PG in Sales & Marketing preferred.
- 8+ years sales experience, including 3–4 years in team leadership.
- Experience in FMCG / Grocery / Wholesale / HoReCa preferred.
- Strong negotiation, business development and team-management skills.
- Malayalam & English required.
- Age: 35–45 years preferred.
- Travel: Yes, regular client & market visits.

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
