Duties and Responsibilities

Key Deliverables:

- Support field through troubleshooting on the system.
- Ensuring governance adherence and meeting the TAT.
- Monthly hold clearance.
- Process analysis & sharing of best practices with the team.
- Coordinate with Sales and ensuring mechanisms are in place for processing of files within the desired TAT.
- Ensuring timely communication to stakeholders on any change in process.
- Liaisoning with functional teams - Operations, risk, banking, to cover process gaps.





Required Qualifications and Experience
