JOB DESCRIPTIONJob Purpose
IT PMO (Partnerships - BFDL): Own end-to-end solutioning, system architecture, and API-led partner integrations, driving cross-system delivery from requirement discussions to go-live across the BFL.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end solutioning for BFDL integrations, covering JV and co-lending journeys across PL/BL/Prof flows.
- Lead detailed requirement discussions with BFDL teams, translating into US/UD aligned to BFL partnership framework.
- Design and own integration architecture across BFDL systems ? Partner MW ? HMW/3-in-1 MW ? SFDC ? Pennant LMS.
- Define and govern BFDL-specific API flows including Create Application, KFS generation, Cancel, Status, Webhooks, and Additional Info APIs.
- Ensure correct mapping of BFDL data fields, product configurations, and BRE logic across SFDC and Middleware layers.
- Act as solution SPOC for BFDL, coordinating with API, DB, Middleware, SFDC, BRE, and Data Lake teams for seamless delivery.
- Drive BFDL partner onboarding, including API specs alignment, CUG/UAT execution, webhook setup, and production readiness.
- Ensure compliance with RBI DLG for BFDL journeys, including consent capture, attribution logic, and audit trail readiness.
- Manage end-to-end delivery timelines for BFDL, tracking dependencies like SFDC Convert, API readiness, and partner callbacks.
- Lead UAT readiness for BFDL flows, including test data setup, journey validation, defect closure, and go-live sign-offs.
- Monitor BFDL funnel metrics, disbursal flows, and API performance, ensuring scalability and stability post go-live training to IT staff and end-users on SCCM and Intune usage and capabilities.
Key Decisions / Dimensions
- Solution Design Across Systems: Defining scalable integration architecture across BFDL ? PMW ? HMW/3-in-1 ? SFDC ? LMS while balancing speed vs reusability.
- Managing Changing Requirements: Handling evolving BFDL/COE requirements and deciding scope freeze vs CR during UAT and delivery phases.
- Dependency & Timeline Control: Navigating critical dependencies (SFDC Convert, APIs, partner readiness) and deciding parallel vs sequential execution.
- Partner Readiness & Go-Live Calls: Driving BFDL partner integration (APIs, webhooks, mapping) and taking go-live decisions despite partial readiness.
- Compliance & Data Accuracy: Ensuring RBI DLG compliance, correct data mapping, and reconciliation across systems without impacting business timelines.
Major Challenges
- Complex cross-system delivery & dependencies: Managing integrations across BFDL, Middleware, SFDC, and LMS with evolving requirements, partner readiness gaps, and limited control over external teams.
- Balancing accuracy, compliance & timelines: Ensuring correct data mapping, reconciliation, and RBI DLG compliance while still meeting aggressive go-live and business delivery timelines.
Required Qualifications and ExperienceQualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Technology; MBA preferred.
- 4-7 years of experience in IT PMO / Product / Solution roles (preferably BFSI / Fintech).
- Robust conceptual understanding of API architecture and system integrations.
- Knowledge of co-lending / JV lending models and digital lending ecosystem.
- Familiarity with RBI Digital Lending Guidelines (DLG), consent management, and compliance frameworks.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies, requirement documentation (US/UD/BRD).
Work Experience
- Experience working on BFL Partnership Architecture (Partner Systems ? PMW ? HMW / 3-in-1 MW ? SFDC ? Pennant LMS).
- Hands-on involvement in API integrations (Create Application, KFS, Status, Cancel, Webhooks, Additional Info APIs).
- Experience in solutioning and system design for co-lending/JV journeys, preferably with BFDL or similar partners.
- Working knowledge of SFDC (LOS), Middleware layers (PMW/HMW), and LMS (Pennant).
- Exposure to BRE logic, offer generation, and credit decision workflows.
- Experience in partner onboarding, API integration testing (CUG/UAT), and go-live execution.
- Hands-on experience in UAT cycles (IT + Biz), test data setup, and defect management.
- Experience in data mapping, reconciliation, and multi-system data validation.
- Ability to manage cross-functional coordination across Dev, Middleware, SFDC, Risk, and Partner teams.
- Experience in tracking funnel metrics, API performance, and system KPIs.
