- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their qualified growth and integration within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Informatica PowerCenter.
- Experience in designing and developing ETL workflows and mappings to support data integration and transformation.
- Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts and best practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize Informatica workflows for performance and reliability.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development environments.
- Understanding of database technologies and SQL for effective data manipulation and extraction.

Additional Information

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Informatica PowerCenter.
- This position is based at our HC3 - NON-STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
