Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of specialized applications. This role requires taking ownership of projects by coordinating efforts across teams and serving as the main liaison for application-related activities. The position demands proactive engagement in problem-solving and ensuring that solutions align with project goals and client requirements, fostering seamless communication and collaboration throughout the development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of application design with business needs.




- Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders to manage expectations and project progress.
- Continuously evaluate and improve application performance and reliability.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
- Strong understanding of risk management frameworks and compliance standards within SAP environments.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP GRC modules to meet organizational requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with integration of SAP GRC with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP GRC applications.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
- This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full-time education is required.
