Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Master Data Professional with 3-5 years of experience in managing, maintaining, and governing enterprise master data across Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, Sales, and Finance functions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365, along with solid data accuracy, governance, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

- Create, maintain, validate, and update Material, Vendor, Customer, BOM, Pricing, Product Hierarchy, UOM, Warehouse, and Location master data.
- Perform master data cleansing, standardization, validation, enrichment, and quality audits while ensuring adherence to governance policies and SLAs.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Sales, and Operations teams to gather and validate master data requirements.
- Support new product launches, supplier onboarding, customer creation, pricing updates, BOM maintenance, ERP migration, and data upload activities.
- Perform bulk data uploads using Excel templates, Data Management Framework (DMF), and ERP import/export tools, and monitor data quality KPIs through reports and dashboards.

Requirements

- 3-5 years of experience in Master Data Management,



preferably within an ERP environment; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or SAP is preferred.
- Robust understanding of Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, BOM, Vendor/Customer Master, Pricing, Product Hierarchy, UOM, and Warehouse Mapping.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query, and Data Validation.
- Knowledge of data governance, data quality, master data controls, and experience handling large datasets with high accuracy.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage multiple requests within defined timelines.
