Minimum Qualification

- B.Tech/B.E

- Good Knowledge of Fabrication techniques
- Expert in materials usage, reference codes, and Welding Techniques
- Optimization of Scrap & Offcuts
- Monitoring the program: Planned vs. achievement as per the target
- Interacting with Engineer's representatives and internal departments
- Safe working condition and safe acts of all workman, machineries, etc.
- Quality at all the stages shall be ensured
- Submission of requirement of steel on a monthly basis to the Construction Manager
- Documentation of all process-related reports as per ISO requirements
- Handling team of Engineers and workers
