JOB DETAILS

- Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee end-to-end onboarding for new hires and conduct structured exit interviews for departing staff.
- Policy Administration: Implement, update, and enforce company policies and employee handbooks in compliance with local labor laws.
- Employee Relations: Serve as the trusted point of contact for employee grievances, conduct fair investigations, and resolve internal conflicts.
- Performance Management: Coordinate the annual performance appraisal cycle and assist managers with employee development plans.
- Compensation & Benefits: Administer employee advantages programs, track leave management,



and coordinate monthly data variables with the payroll team.
