Role Name: Senior ServiceNow Engineer
Experience Range: 6-8 years of overall experience with a minimum 3-4 years of experience on ServiceNow Custom Applications Development and Implementation. Hands-on experience in Portal and Gen AI use cases and RPA.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CAD, CIS) are preferred.
- RPA tool certification is a plus.

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Automation & ServiceNow Engineer with strong expertise in ServiceNow development, enterprise automation, RPA, and modern UI frameworks. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing workflow automations, ServiceNow enhancements, AI-driven solutions, and front-end components while ensuring robust integrations across enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge, hands-on development experience, and a solid understanding of process re-engineering.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow applications using Flow Designer, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Business Rules, Script Includes, and scoped applications.
- Build and deploy RPA automations across supported platforms (ServiceNow RPA, UiPath, or equivalent).
- Implement AI-driven features using LLMs, AI APIs, cognitive automation, and GenAI frameworks to improve decisioning and workflow intelligence.
- Modeling & Development: Design, train, evaluate,



and optimize ML/DL models (e.g., prediction, classification, recommendation, NLP).
- Develop dynamic user interfaces and dashboards using AngularJS, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related UI technologies.
- Build and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations between ServiceNow and external enterprise systems.
- Participate in end-to-end automation lifecycle: process analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and propose technical solutions.
- Support process re-engineering initiatives by analyzing current workflows and recommending efficiency improvements.
- Ensure compliance with best practices related to coding standards, security, scalability, and documentation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across ServiceNow and integrated systems.

Required Technical Skills

- Robust ServiceNow development experience (minimum 3-4 years hands-on), including:

- Experience with Gen AI / LLMs / AI APIs such as OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services, or equivalent.
- Strong proficiency in AngularJS, JavaScript, and front-end development fundamentals.
- Expertise in API development, integration patterns, and working with REST/SOAP endpoints.
- Understanding of process automation, process mapping, and re-engineering concepts.
- Experience working in agile environments and DevOps-driven delivery models.
