Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Analyze complex datasets and deliver actionable business insights through advanced data analytics.
- Write, optimize, and manage SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
- Develop automation solutions using Power Automate to streamline business processes.
- Build and maintain business applications using Power Apps (Canvas Apps).

- Perform data validation, testing, and quality assurance to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand their needs, and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven recommendations and process optimization.
- Create and maintain documentation, reports, and analytical models to ensure transparency and reproducibility.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related role.
- Robust hands-on experience with Power BI dashboard development and reporting.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying, data manipulation, and database management.
- Experience with Power Automate for workflow automation.
- Hands-on expertise in Power Apps (Canvas Apps) development.
- Good knowledge of Python for analytics, reporting, or automation.
- Strong understanding of data analytics methodologies and best practices.
- Experience in testing, validation, and quality assurance processes, including test case development, execution, and defect management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
