We are looking for an experienced P&C; Pricing / Rating professional to join the insurance technology and analytics team of a leading global analytics and digital transformation organization. The role will involve working on Property & Casualty (P&C;) insurance pricing, rating and technology solutions for global insurance clients.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Earnix Pricing / Earnix IT. In the absence of Earnix experience, candidates with hands-on experience in Guidewire or Duck Creek, along with strong Rating and P&C; insurance experience, will also be considered.

Responsibilities

- Work on P&C; insurance pricing and rating solutions, supporting configuration, enhancement and implementation activities.
- Develop and maintain pricing models, rating rules and pricing strategies using relevant insurance technology platforms.
- Translate business and pricing requirements into effective technical and rating solutions.
- Collaborate with actuarial,



business, technology and product teams to deliver pricing and rating projects.
- Support testing, validation, troubleshooting and implementation of pricing/rating solutions.
- Analyze insurance requirements and contribute to continuous improvement of P&C; pricing and rating processes.

Requirements

- 3-6 years of relevant experience in P&C; insurance pricing/rating.
- Earnix Pricing / Earnix IT experience is strongly preferred.
- In the absence of Earnix, experience with Guidewire or Duck Creek along with robust Rating and P&C; experience will be considered.
- Strong understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C;) insurance products, pricing and rating methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with rating engines, rating rules, pricing models or insurance technology platforms.
