Position: Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Experience: 5-6 years

Education: Diploma(Electrical)

Salary: 4 to 5 Lacs

Location : Pune

1. Handle electrical maintenance and troubleshooting of die casting machines and other plant equipment.
2. Perform preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems and machinery.
3. Diagnose and resolve electrical faults in PLC, control panels, motors, VFDs, sensors, contactors and relays.
4. Maintain and troubleshoot industrial automation and machine control systems.
5. Monitor machine performance and minimize equipment downtime.
6. Conduct regular inspection and maintenance of electrical panels, wiring, motors and other equipment.
7. Coordinate with production and mechanical maintenance teams for smooth plant operations.
8. Maintain records of breakdowns, preventive maintenance and spare-parts requirements.
9. Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and maintenance procedures.
10. Support installation, commissioning and modification of electrical equipment whenever required.
