Job Description QA / Business Analyst nnPosition: QA / Business Analyst nnExperience: 23 years nnOpenings: 2 nnPreferred Location: Mumbai nnWork Mode: Hybrid / Remote can also be considered nnRole Type: Hybrid BA + QA nnRole Overview nnWe are looking for a QA / Business Analyst with 23 years of experience who can work across both Business Analysis and Quality Assurance activities. nnThe person should be able to understand and gather requirements, ask the right questions, identify gaps and edge cases, prepare clear documentation, coordinate with Developers and Designers, and perform testing when required. nnThis role is suitable for someone who enjoys understanding how a feature should work from a business perspective as well as validating how it actually works in the product. nnKey ResponsibilitiesRequirement Gathering u0026 Analysis n- Understand requirements and the business objective behind a feature or change. n- Discuss requirements with Product/Business stakeholders and gather the necessary details. n- Identify missing information, assumptions, dependencies, validations, and edge cases.



n- Ask relevant questions and get clarification before development starts. n- Understand end-to-end user flows and identify how a new change may affect existing functionality. n- Work with the Designer to ensure the proposed design supports the expected business flow. n- Work closely with Developers during implementation to clarify requirements and resolve functional questions. nnDocumentation n- Prepare transparent and well-structured functional requirements and feature documentation. n- Document business rules, validations, scenarios, dependencies, and exceptions. n- Prepare user flows/process flows wherever required. n- Define acceptance criteria and expected behavior clearly. n- Keep documentation updated when requirements change. n- Ensure documentation is explicit enough for both Development and QA teams to understand and implement/test the feature. nnQA u0026 Testing n- Prepare test scenarios and detailed test .
