This internship offers hands-on exposure to real-world mandates and a unique opportunity to understand the distressed asset market in India.nnThe ideal candidate should possess strong research capabilities, attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.nnKey ResponsibilitiesnnConduct company, industry and market research.Assist in analysing financial statements and business performance.Support transaction teams on ongoing mandates.Prepare research notes, presentations and reports.Gather and organise data from public and proprietary sources.Assist in preparing information memorandums, teasers and internal documents.Track developments in the distressed asset and NPA ecosystem.Support senior team members in day-to-day execution activities.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.EligibilitynnFinal-year students or recent graduates pursuing/completed BBA, BMS, B.Com, BA Economics, MBA,
