Intern - Sysadmin • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. • 0–1 year of experience in a system administration or IT support role. • Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS). • Provide Level 1 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals. • Monitor and troubleshoot system performance issues and network connectivity problems. • Perform routine system backups, patch management, and antivirus updates. • Create and manage user accounts and permissions. • Respond to support tickets, calls, and emails from internal users. • Assist in hardware/software inventory and procurement. • Support remote users using RDP, VPN, or remote access tools. • Vendor co-ordination
