Business Analytics: Primary Skillset: 3 years of working in a custom HR Application
Create clear and comprehensive specification documents for application modifications and new functionality additions, for custom built application (Workday) Manage and implement application configurations Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the quality of applications prior to deployment Previous experience managing and configuring systems is required Experience managing and analyzing large data sets
Experience working with customers to gather requirements and interpreting into system requirements is a must Knowledge of HR and Compensation practices is preferred History of working with confidential data is preferred Secondary Skillset:

Previous experience working in an Agile setting
Working in a Global environment
Prior experience working in Jira and ServiceNow
