Key Responsibilities Financial Accounting Manage day-to-day accounting operations and general ledger. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensure accurate bookkeeping and reconciliation of accounts. Monitor cash flow, bank transactions, and fund management. Handle accounts payable and receivable processes. Taxation & Compliance Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory returns. Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities. Maintain compliance with accounting standards and legal regulations. Handle internal and external audits. Manufacturing & Cost Accounting Monitor production costing and inventory valuation. Analyze raw material consumption, wastage, and production expenses. Prepare cost sheets and profitability reports for products. Control inventory accounting for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.



Budgeting & Financial Planning Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts. Conduct variance analysis and provide management reports. Support management in financial decision-making and cost optimization. Team Management Develop internal financial controls and accounting procedures. Coordinate with purchase, sales, stores, and production departments. Required Qualifications CA / Inter CA 5–10 years of experience in accounts and finance, preferably in ceramic or manufacturing industry. Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, MIS reporting, and costing. Proficiency in ERP software, MS Excel, and accounting systems.
