Joining: Immediate to June Joiners Preferred Job Summary We are looking for a Linux and Oracle Support Engineer to provide application and database support in a production setting. The candidate should have strong Linux administration exposure and working knowledge of Oracle databases. This is a support-focused role and does not require core Oracle DBA administration experience. Key Responsibilities Monitor and support Linux-based production environments. Perform application support activities and troubleshoot production issues. Execute routine Oracle database support activities. Monitor database jobs, backups, logs, and system health. Investigate and resolve incidents, alerts, and service requests. Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and database teams for issue resolution. Perform basic SQL queries for troubleshooting and data validation. Support deployment, patching,



and maintenance activities. Create and maintain operational documentation and SOPs. Ensure adherence to SLAs and incident management processes. Required Skills Hands-on experience in Linux/Unix environments. Experience in Oracle database support activities. Good understanding of SQL queries and database concepts. Experience in production support or application support roles. Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with incident and change management processes. Preferred Skills Basic shell scripting knowledge. Exposure to monitoring tools and ticketing systems. Experience supporting banking or financial applications. Understanding of Oracle database architecture and database monitoring. Note This is an Oracle Support role and not a core Oracle DBA Administration position. Candidates with production support and Linux support backgrounds are highly preferred.
