Purpose of the Role

To provide effective support to ensure the smooth flow of production across all sub-departments while maintaining good quality standards and adhering to time management requirements.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

- Assist in the assigned job activities of the respective sub-department.

- Ensure minimum 95% efficiency or above in allocated tasks.

- Handle jewelry production "In & Out" process with care and accuracy.

- Ensure no breakage or damage occurs to jewelry items during handling.

- Follow all safety norms and maintain protected working conditions as instructed by seniors.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

- Achievement as per daily job work targets across all categories of jewelry products.

Competencies

As per standard norms defined in the Training & Development Module.

CTC Bracket:

?96,000 – ?1,50,000 per annum
