- End to end real estate experience (Domain).
- End to end underwriting experience.
- Experience in rent/sales comp., loan to value, spreads, mark to market implication, market details.
- Mandatory: Loan pre-screening and memos, cash flow memos.
- University/ Education Background: Tap Top B schools, CFA or CA candidates
