You'll lead with purpose, breaking down barriers to innovation for a more connected, compassionate world. **About the Role** **#BetterDaysStartNow** **Responsibilities** **Test Strategy and Planning:** Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies for native mobile applications, including functional, smoke, and regression testing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, product engineering, product marketing, quality, and systems) to define testing objectives, scope, and deliverables. Determine required level of testing based on software requirements and develop test plans and protocols in accordance with regulatory environments **Test Automation:** Design, develop, and maintain advanced automated test frameworks and scripts for front-end (mobile/web), back-end, and performance testing. Ensure continuous integration and delivery pipelines are robust and reliable, driving their implementation and maintenance. Develop technologies across iOS, Android, and Web, paired with continuous build and test with various system tools. **Non-Functional Testing & System Resilience:** Drive comprehensive testing efforts to ensure the application's scalability, responsiveness, stability, robustness, and fault tolerance. This includes identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks, incorporating security testing with experts to ensure compliance, and executing reliability tests for long-term consistent operation under various conditions. **Collaboration and Leadership:** Work closely with development, operations, and architecture teams to understand system architecture and design, ensuring products work properly from end-to-end, both pre and post-release. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the testing team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Partner with software development as part of sprint development within an Agile/Scrum environment. **Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:** Investigate and troubleshoot complex issues related to cloud services, mobile applications, and device interactions. Work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues in a timely manner, including providing detailed root cause analysis. **Documentation:** Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports. Document and communicate testing processes and best practices. **Must Have: Minimum Requirements** + Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. + Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in software testing with a minimum of 3 years of experience in test automation. + Proven experience as a Software Test Engineer with a strong focus on mobile applications. + Extensive experience in test automation using tools like Appium (specifically highlighted), Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar,
