You'll lead with purpose, breaking down barriers to innovation for a more connected, compassionate world. **About the Role** We are seeking an experienced SAP IBP Solution Analyst / Architect to support a global supply chain transformation program involving the deployment of a greenfield SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) platform integrated with a greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementation. The role will act as the internal IT owner of the SAP IBP platform and will be responsible for ensuring successful transition from implementation to long-term operational support, adoption, and continuous business value realization. **Key Responsibilities** **SAP IBP Solution Partnership & Delivery Support** + Partner closely with implementation vendors and system integrators during SAP IBP deployment activities. + Contribute to solution discussions, design reviews, functional validation, and deployment planning. + Provide internal IT leadership and governance for design, configuration, master data, integrations, and enhancements across SAP IBP workstreams. + Ensure SAP IBP solutions align with enterprise architecture standards and long-term business objectives. Accountable for detailed document requirements, requirement traceability, and translation into functional requirements. + Support business requirement clarification and ensure alignment with enterprise standards and operational needs. + Participate in fit-gap sessions, testing activities, defect triage, and deployment readiness reviews. + Ensure successful knowledge transfer from implementation partners to internal support teams. **Application Support & Service Management** + Serve as a key IT support lead for SAP IBP applications and related integrations. + Support incident management, root cause analysis, defect resolution coordination, and issue prioritization. + Partner with business users and support teams to troubleshoot planning, integration, and data-related issues. + Monitor application stability, integration performance, and operational health of SAP IBP services. + Coordinate support activities across internal IT teams, SAP partners, and third-party providers. + Participate in production support processes including: + incident management + service requests + problem management + defect tracking + support governance **Continuous Improvement & Enhancement Delivery** + Drive small enhancement initiatives and continuous improvement activities across SAP IBP planning capabilities. + Evaluate opportunities to optimize planning processes, reporting, integrations, and user experience. + Support backlog management and prioritization of enhancement requests. + Coordinate testing and validation activities for system changes and releases. + Support change management and training activities related to enhancements and process updates. **Release, Upgrade & Testing Support** + Support SAP IBP quarterly release planning, regression testing, and impact assessments. + Coordinate upgrade testing activities with business and IT stakeholders. + Assess impact of SAP roadmap changes, new functionality, and integration updates. + Support validation and documentation activities required for regulated environments where applicable. + Assist in development and execution of SIT/UAT testing strategies. **Integration & Technical Coordination** + Support integration activities between SAP IBP and SAP S/4HANA environments. + Collaborate with integration and middleware teams supporting: + SAP Cloud Integration (CI/CPI) + SAP BTP + RTI/SDI frameworks + APIs and enterprise integrations + Help ensure data quality,
