This is a remote position.

We are seeking a motivated and eager individual to join our team as an Operations Intern.

Responsibilities

- Assist the operations team in coordinating daily administrative tasks and managing routine workflow activities.

- Support the documentation and organization of operational data to ensure accuracy and accessibility for the team.

- Participate in process improvement initiatives by observing current procedures and suggesting potential enhancements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication and track project milestones.

- Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries to aid in decision-making and strategic planning.

- Conduct research on industry trends and operational best practices to provide valuable insights.

- Handle ad-hoc assignments and special projects as directed by the supervising manager.

Requirements





- Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Business Administration, Operations Management, or a similar field, or a recent graduate with such a degree.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced workplace.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with colleagues and external stakeholders.

- Proficiency with standard productivity software, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.

- A proactive attitude coupled with a genuine eagerness to learn new systems and adapt to evolving procedures.

- Proven capability to work collaboratively within a team setting while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
