1. Analyze and design the UI by understanding detailed business requirements

2. Develop modules with reusable components and customized frameworks

3. Responsible for the end to end UI deliverables in a timely manner

4. Guide juniors/trainees and groom them

5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

6. Interact effectively with peers and management across diverse cultures
