Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and analytical Business Analyst with 3–5 years of experience to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in requirement gathering, business analysis, documentation, stakeholder management, and working across the complete project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, understand, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Work closely with clients, stakeholders, development teams, and cross-functional teams.
- Prepare and maintain BRD, FRD, SOW, RFP responses, process flows, and other project documentation.
- Translate business requirements into clear and actionable solutions for technical teams.
- Participate in pre-sales and post-sales activities, including requirement discussions and solution presentations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
- Create business process diagrams, workflows, use cases, and other relevant documentation.
- Support project planning and ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.
- Work effectively within Agile/Scrum, Waterfall,



and hybrid project environments.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of business processes and solution approaches.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3–5 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst.
- Robust understanding of Scrum, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with RFP and SOW preparation.
- Good understanding of SDLC and Product Owner (PO) processes.
- Strong requirement understanding and solution development skills.
- Experience in preparing diagrams, documentation, and process flows.
- Experience in cross-team and stakeholder management.
- Exposure to both Pre-Sales and Post-Sales activities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Candidate

- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
- Candidates who can effectively communicate with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Candidates with experience working in an IT/software development environment will be preferred.
