Job Role: Telecaller

Job Description

- Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue payments and pending dues.
- Remind customers about outstanding payments and follow up on repayment commitments.
- Discuss and negotiate suitable repayment plans with customers.
- Explain available payment options and assist customers with payment-related queries.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and payment commitments.
- Ensure all collection activities comply with company policies and applicable regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain a skilled, courteous, and customer-focused approach during calls.
- Follow assigned collection targets and ensure timely follow-up with customers.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- DRA Certification: Candidates with DRA certification are preferred.




- Should have knowledge of collection buckets and the collection process.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to negotiate and communicate repayment options effectively.
- Professional and customer-friendly approach.

Eligibility

- Education: 10th Pass or Below 10th.
- Experience: Minimum 1+ years.
- Candidates with prior experience in collections or recovery will be preferred.
