About the Role

We are hiring a Sales Intern to drive client acquisition through outbound calling on leads provided by the company. This role is ideal for a motivated self-starter looking to build hands-on experience in B2B sales, client communication, and consultative selling. There is a clear path to full-time employment based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound calls to provided leads.
- Present service offerings and pricing to prospective clients.
- Handle client objections and guide prospects through the sales process.
- Close deals by securing client commitment and advance payment.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and deals in the reporting system.




- Provide daily progress updates to management.

Qualifications

- Freshers are welcome to apply; a basic understanding of digital marketing is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
- A personal laptop and stable internet connection are required.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.

Compensation

This is a commission-based internship, with compensation directly tied to performance. Complete details of the compensation structure will be shared with shortlisted candidates during the interview process.

Duration and Growth

This is a 3-month internship with defined monthly performance targets. Candidates who successfully meet targets across all three months will be considered for a full time position with the company.
