Job Description:

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Total Experience:10+ years of professional experience in Oracle Supply Chain Planning environments.
- Oracle Fusion Cloud Experience: 5+ years of dedicated, hands-on functional experience specifically within Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain Management (SCM).
- Specialized Expertise: Proven track record as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with at least 2 full-lifecycle, end-to-end implementations of the Oracle Fusion Demand Planning module from readiness to go-live.
- Cross-Module Knowledge: Solid understanding of how Demand Planning integrates with broader Cloud SCM, Procurement, and Finance modules.
- Leadership: Proven ability to operate independently as an SME, steering the project roadmap rather than just executing tasks.
- Communication: Exceptional consulting and communication skills to influence and guide director-level stakeholders.
- Change Management, Business Process Mapping, Reporting and Analytics, OIC ( Oracle Integration Cloud) and OAC (Oracle Analytics Cloud)
