We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven E-Commerce Associate with 2–4 years of experience managing online marketplaces and e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Noon and Amazon, with strong expertise in product listing, catalog management, marketplace optimization, and order operations.

You will be responsible for managing product catalogs, creating and optimizing listings, monitoring marketplace performance, coordinating inventory updates, and ensuring products are accurately represented across e-commerce platforms.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain product listings across Amazon and Noon marketplaces.
- Create, update, and optimize product titles, descriptions, bullet points, specifications, images, keywords, and other catalog attributes.
- Ensure all product information is accurate, complete, and aligned with marketplace guidelines.
- Monitor product listings for errors, suppressed listings, content issues, and policy violations, and take corrective action.
- Perform keyword research and optimize listings to improve product visibility, search rankings, and conversions.
- Manage product catalogs, SKUs, pricing, inventory, and promotional information across marketplaces.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as inventory, sales, marketing, and operations to ensure product availability and accurate marketplace information.
- Monitor orders, cancellations, returns, and other marketplace-related operational activities.
- Track product performance, sales, traffic, conversion rates, and other key e-commerce metrics.
- Identify opportunities to improve product discoverability, sales performance,



and overall marketplace presence.
- Assist with promotions, discounts, campaigns, and marketplace offers.
- Ensure compliance with Amazon and Noon marketplace policies and listing requirements.
- Prepare regular reports on sales, inventory, listings, and marketplace performance.
- Resolve catalog-related issues and coordinate with marketplace support teams when required.

Must-Have Skills
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in e-commerce or marketplace operations.
- Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central.
- Practical experience managing Noon marketplace operations.
- Strong expertise in product listing and catalog management.
- Experience optimizing product titles, descriptions, keywords, images, and product attributes.
- Good understanding of marketplace policies, listing standards, and catalog requirements.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for managing product and sales data.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketplace performance metrics.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Valuable to Have
- Experience handling marketplace advertising or sponsored product campaigns.
- Knowledge of SEO and e-commerce keyword optimization.
- Experience working with large product catalogs and multiple SKUs.
- Familiarity with inventory management and order management systems.
- Experience working with additional marketplaces or e-commerce platforms.
