- Bengaluru, Karnataka India (In office)Experience: 10+ years in BIM, with at least 4 years focused on quality assurance for large modeling programsWhat you'll do:● Own the project Quality Plan — define QC checklists, tolerances and review cadence for LOD 300–400 deliverables.● Lead the QC Lead and QC Checker team across all disciplines; run rolling QC (not just end-of-project checks).● Own model federation and clash detection sign-off before client issue.● Audit AIM/asset data for completeness and consistency against the agreed schema.● Report quality KPIs (rework rate, clash counts, deviation from point cloud) to the Project Manager weekly.What we're looking for:● Bachelor's degree in Architecture/Engineering or related field.● Deep hands-on experience auditing Revit models against point cloud data and LOD standards.● Familiarity with ISO 19650 quality/validation requirements and Navisworks clash workflows.● Detail-oriented with strong documentation habits.Software: Revit, Navisworks Manage, Auto CAD Software, Recap Pro, Solibri (a plus)
