Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA / CMAKey Responsibilities:Lead workflow for Collections Assistants & CoordinatorsMonitor inboxes, refunds, AR credits, tickets & TATsDrive unallocated cash follow-ups and resolve payment issuesHandle billing discrepancies and client disputesCollaborate with Cash Applications, Billing, Cash Management & Client ServicesTrain current joiners and maintain SOPsPrepare operational metrics and leadership reportsWhat We’re Looking For:✔ 5–8 years of Collections / AR experience✔ Strong communication & stakeholder management skills✔ Advanced Excel skills✔ Exposure to SAP / HighRadius is an advantage✔ Strong analytical, organizational & problem-solving skills
